Hauls!

Hello girlies! Again, I've been neglecting to blog :( I'm back with more hauls! :D I know some of you girls might be like DAMN IS SHE RICH OR SOMETHING!? ALL SHE BLOGS ABOUT ARE HAULS! O_O Well, to answer that question.. NO, I just love to shop :) But don't get it wrong, I do know how to budget and I do have bills to pay like any other human being! :(

Anyways, I got lazy and didn't take pictures of what I bought from each store so I just have one photo for all the beauty products and one photo for the clothing/accessories! =P I am so lazyyyyy! D:


Let's see what we got here: some brushes from Michael's, replacement disc sponges for my Studio Fix, Art Deco nail pen, Fix+ (which I absolutely in love with!), Neutrogena Colorstay liquid foundation (I am 240 Medium Beige), Milani Brow Fix brow kit, and Clinique's Blended Face Powder (it comes with a mini brush!).

All from Forever21! :D Purple tube top (the detail is amazing!), satin zebra print belt (I had got this 3 months ago for my friend's birthday and I went back to get myself one because it's so cute!), and a bow headband! :)

That's all I really have to say in this blog. Keeping it short and sweet because I am sick like a beeeeezy. I can't breathe. :(

Hello girlies :) I'm back with more Hauls! :D

ULTA!!!

I went Ulta on Friday before work to just look around and see if there was anything that caught my eye. :) I ended up hauling a bit, haha. There were some sales and stuff. I picked up a mirror that converts into a stand, Revlon creme eyeshadow (finally! I've been meaning to get this to use as a base!), some NYX stuff (felt liner, jumbo e/s pencils, and lipgloss) and some Revlon lippies! :) I decided to sell some of the stuff I got because I am such an impulse buyer and I don't really NEED most of the stuff I bought so I thought it would find loving homes to go to! =P And plus I know how some girls internationally cannot get NYX stuff so yeah. :) Check out my sale section here!

MALL!!!

Today I went to the mall expecting to carry out a bunch of Old Navy flipflops because I was told it was their annual $1 flipflops sale! :D HOWEVER, when I got there, the only sizes left were like.. 9 womens and 10 mens. TOTALLY LIKE DOUBLE MY SIZE! D: I pretty much was sad after that so I decided I wouldn't leave the mall without something to cheer me up :) Well that "something" turned out to be THREE "somethings" hahaha :D

Look how big it is compared to his cell phone, rofl. I told him if he never takes it off, I'm gunna be mad at him! O:)

Girls, remember my other post about Nee's giveaway and I said my favorite HK item was my nerdy HK pouch!? WELL GUESS WHAT I FOUND AT THE SANRIO STORE TODAY!? :D AN NERDY HK LUNCHBOX!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wooo :) I honestly don't carry my lunch to school with me BUT I'm going to use it as a purse, LOLLL. I asked my boyfriend if he would still go out in public with me if I carried that around, and he said yes! =) Tehehe.

I went into Victoria's Secret and I saw that all of the Very Sexy cosmetics were 75% off!!! :D It was a pretty messy sight though. Empty boxes everywhere and most of the stuff were just laying there. I dug through HARD to find stuff that weren't already swatched and messed up. THEN I had to find their respective boxes. -____- I only came out with two things because those were the only ones I wanted that weren't already fucked up! I got the Mosiac E/S in Frisky (right) and the Mosiac Blush in In Lust (left). Both were only $4.50 each! :D

Pros: I got the one with the curved brush and I absolutely love it :) Gives me lots of volume though it isn't great with lengthening. BUT that is where my Maybelline Lash Stiletto comes into play! Does not clump much either.

Cons: The lengthning issue, but that's not what they claim to do so I shouldn't even be complaing! :P

Conclusion: I love this mascara. It is definitely HG status at an awesome price! :)

OMG IT'S ALMOST BEEN A WEEK!!!

It's almost been a week since I've updated. :) I've had soooo many hauls and I thought I'd share with you girls everything I've gotten lately!!!! :D

RITE AID!!!

I totally COULD NOT believe it when I stepped inside Rite Aid and I saw Jesse's Girl Cosmetics!! :D I was like wowow. Since I am still on my makeup ban (BOOHOO!), I got some nail polishes instead. :) They were $3 which isn't THAT bad, I guess? I also got a few bottles of top coat from Sally Hensen since they were buy one get one 50% off!!


The Jessie's Girl nail polishes are cute huh!? The pink is more of a hot pink! The camera picked up the color weird. They're called Hot Pink and Blue Moon. I don't know WHY it's called blue moon when it's a PURPLE color. Again, the camera picked up the color weird. It ISSSS a deep purple!

ONTARIO MILLS!!!

Last week I had gotten into a huge argument with my boyfriend and I told him I did not wanted to see him for a while so two of my girls suggested going to Ontario Mills to do some shopping to take my mind off of him! :D



I finallllllllllly found a Marilyn & James poster! Isn't it SO pretty! It was $8 at Charlotte Russe. I think it's totally worth it. You can't tell from this picture, but the rose bud and Marilyn's lips have a reddish tint while the rest of the poster is black and white! :)


Went to Forever21 to check out some stuff and came out with these two things. I love their bras - they're only $4.50! :) Contrary to the whole you-get-what-you-pay-for type deal, these bras are really comfortable and last me a while! I have like 5 of these all in different colors!! :) I have a HUGE thing for crochet tops so I bought this one to add to my "collection!" ;) It was only $9.80!!


I finalllyyy found a purple&plaid flannel for under $20! :) This is my FIRST short sleeve flannel and I love it. I like how it has a v-neck although you can barely tell in this picture!


MY HELLO KITTY BUILD-A-BEAR!!!! I had been eyeing this darn cat for a while so I just decided to go on a whim and buy her :) I named her WAI MAO, which is chinese for Hello Kitty. I know I knowwww, my friends & I are just THAT creative, LOL.

BARE MINERALS!!!

My sample finally came in :) I got the free sample (had to pay for shipping though!) of the Peace&Love Mineral Foundation. It came with a mini kabuki brush :D I used it and I'd say it is so-so. Nothing special. It also came with a free sample, a moisturizer of some sort. I've yet to try it so I don't have a clue of it works or not, hehehe.

ELF!!!

OMG my ELF haul had finally came in last week! :D So far I am loving the brightening eye colors and the eyeliner&eyeshadow stick. :) I have yet to try the beloved blending eye brush as well as all the other brushes but I WILL SOON!!! =) The concealer stick is like whateverrrrs.

KMART!!!

So my initial purpose of dragging my boyfriend to KMart with me was to get those oh so famous "KMart flats" for $7! I went and they didn't have size 5 in black, let alone ANY COLOR!!! They neverrrrrrrrrrr have size 5 in anythinggggggggggg! D: Anyways, I was looking through the shoes section when I spied with my little eyes something gold and black and OMGGGGGGGGGGG, they were SO cute!!!!

Adorable, no!?!?!? I tried it on and it fit perfectly. It was meant to be :) They were also on sale from $18.99 to $14.99! :D Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee :)

CVS!!!

I went to CVS with the intention of buying that crease duo brush pack from Beauty of Essense but I decided against it because I am going to Michael's tomorrow to get some Loew Cornell brushes anyways. I went to the teeth section hoping to find Plus White and I DID!!! =D I hear this stuff does WONDERRRS at whitening teeth so I'm going to give it a try. Maybe a future review? :D I also got a new tooth brush and a loofa with a stick attached SO I CAN SCRUB MY BACK MORE EASILY! :)


My friend recommended me Plus White so I'm going to try it :) My teeth unfortunately has a yellow tint due to all the coffee I drink so I've been meaning to whiten them but I cannot for the life of me justify spending $100+ at the dentist for a professional cleansing. So instead, I opted to buy this kit for only $12.99!!! :D

LAST BUT NOT LEAST!!!

MY NEW BLACKBERRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My sidekick decided it was going to give out on me so I was left with my old old oldddddddddddd cell phone for a few days. I then decided to get the Blackberry Curve 8900 from the store. I was heading to the store, WILLING TO SHELL OUT ABOUT $500 ON THE DAMN THING, when I decided to go on a whim and look for some listings on Craigslist! I FOUND A LISTING WHERE SOME GUY THAT WORKED FOR TMOBILE WON IT IN A CONTEST AND DECIDED TO SELL IT FOR ONLY $300 BECAUSE HE ALREADY HAD A G1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11 I was like OMFGGGGGGGGGGG, this is perfect. So I texted him and he called me back and asked where I lived and I told him Temple City. HE DID TOO! He asked me where I was at the moment and I said I was going down Rosemead Blvd to go back to my boyfriend's house. AND HE TOLD ME HE WAS AT TARGET PLAZA (WHICH IS RIGHT BEFORE MY BOYFRIEND'S HOUSE!) I was like OMFG DON'T MOVE. I'M COMING RIGHT NOW. I HAVE CASH ON HANDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD!!!!!!!!! :D

So yeap, that's the story of how I got my beloved BlackBerry<3. I got a cuteee purple and silver zebra case for it as you can tell. LET ME TELL YOU, THIS BLACKBERRY IS THE BEST PHONE EVER INVENTED. I LOVE IT TO PIECES! :)

Hauls + Awards ! :)

Now let's see, I'm not one to purposely spend $372409237589032 on brushes and whatnot. If I can find an awesome MAC 187 dupe or an excellent MAC 109 dude for $20 & under, I'd snatch it up in a heartbeat. I don't care if the 187 is the HG brush, I could care less of the 109 brush is way softer. In this economy, $ > everything. Translation? I want to save every last penny I can while still being able to get quality items!! Which brings me to the point of this paragraph. THE PHILOSOPHY SUPERNATURAL BRUSH IS FRIGGIN' AWESOME JSDKLFJALDJFKS! :D

I was searching and searching for the perfect brush to apply my Studio Fix one and stumbled upon this awesome brush on the Sephora website. I read the reviews on Sephora and also on MakeupAlley and I was sold. I immediately went to Sephora after work to buy it and I tried it out at home and I fell in love. Applying my Studio Fix was an absolute breeze and it was looked flawless :) I found my HG multi-purpose brush. For $25 a pop, it is a little pricier than I would like but at least it's not like $50 for MAC brushes!!! :D

Today, I went to Target to get a bubble envelope to send out the cell phone I sold on eBay and decided to roam around the whole store to see if anything that would catch my eye :) As I've said before, I absolutely LOVE Target. It's an amazing store :) Here's what I picked up !!

I have NO idea why I bought the Hello Kitty mini notebook. It was just too cute to NOT get! =P And they FINALLLYYYY have the small pack of Hello Kitty bandaids in stock!! I always alwayyyys have Hello Kitty bandaids with me because I'm so accident prone! -___- Also picked up a pencil sharpener since mine is starting to get all icky and full of eyeliner! x_o I also got a small little bottle to use for the homemade mixing medium I'm going to attempt to make and use for pigments :)

I also got this Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Dry-Touch Sunblock in SPF 80+. I had seen 100+ at CVS but I couldn't find it at Target so I jus got the 85+ since I didn't want to drive all the way to CVS for just one item. I saw a review on Youtube recently where a girl said this sunblock really works so I decided to give it a try! It's getting super duper hot&sunny here in Los Angeles so we just stock up on that sunblock so we don't develop premature wrinkles as we get older!! :D Once I use it for a few days, I'll let you guys know how it works out

Haul + LOTD ! :)

Hello girls :) Today was an errand-running day for sure! The boyfriend drove me everywhere to do my things, thanks babe! <3




I went to CVS to get me a bottle of Bio Oil because I'm getting sick of the popped pimple scars on my forehead. I know my bangs cover them up, but I know they're there and that's all that matters. Lucky for me, it was $2 off!! Yayyy. But that's basically just tax off, but yknow every dollar counts in this economy! I've read reviews and thoroughly researched this product and it seems to be a miracle worker when it comes to scars, uneven skin tones, stretch marks, etc. So I decided to give it a try. The instructions say to use it a minimum of three months. So in about three months, I'll post up a before and after picture for you girls to see, just in case you girls were contemplating this product too!! :D

OMGOSH GIRLS. Guess what!? I got MAC Studio Fix!!!! Finaaaaaaaaaally, after all these months of craving it, I finally got it :) I asked the MUA to help me find my perfect shade. She took one look at me and was like "You're an NC30!" :) She used it on me and I loved it, so I bought it :) My boyfriend said he doesn't see a difference at all, but I do? Isn't that weird!? I can totally tell my skin is more even :D And some of you might be thinking "What about your one month ban from makeup!?" Weeeeeell, I told my boyfriend the only condition I have to this one month ban was that I could still get my Studio Fix since I been pining for it for SO long, tehehe :) I'm so happy I could dance! :D Oh btw, which brush do you recommend to use with Studio Fix? :)

I went to Joann's in hopes of finding the 10 gram small glass screw top containers like the ones used for pigment samples so I can depot my UDPP, but I could only find the darn plastic ones!! :( I read you needed glass ones, because plastic isn't air tight so the UDPP will dry out within a week or so! If any of you girls know where I can buy those, please let me know! I'd really appreciate it :)

My final stop was Walgreens. I intially went there to get the face masks from the Face Shop or whatever that I've been hearing so much about, but I couldn't find any! Grrrrrr. So I went on to find Certain Dri. I don't remember who but on YouTube I remember a girl recommending Certain Dri for those who have an underarm sweating problem. EW GROSS! Well, whatevers! I found it but I decided to buy it next time because I get paid tomorrow so I could wait :) I heard it does miracles ! :)

So last week (the day I discovered this wonderful world of beauty bloggers on Blogspot), Miss Kylie Chen posted on Facebook that she was selling some cosmetics. I messaged her asking to see what she sold and directed me to her Blogspot. I immediately fell in love with this one palette I saw her selling for a measly two dollars. It had such beautiful colors so I quickly told her I got dibs on that palette. That was the moment I also fell in love with reading all these beauty blogs. :) Anyways, we planned to meet up at school (we both go to CalPolyPomona) so she can give me the palette. We met up today and omfg, it was so nice seeing her after like what.. 3-4 months of not seeing her? (we first met in our english class last quarter!) she arrived with a cute little pink bag and she remembered I had told her I specifically loved this one aqua-ish color in the palette, so what does she do!? She threw in a Victoria's Secret glitter eyeliner in the same aqua color! :D And on top of that, she gave me other goodies. :) I basically 7 things from her for $2!!! :O

I can't believe she somehow knew I love soft pink/nude lip colors! :D I also got a little container of Bare Minerals matte foundation! :) She also somehow magically knew I'm trying to start using foundation. Man, that girl is psychic! =P

OH & today was the grand opening of The Promenade at Santa Anita mall. It honestly sucked. Other than Boarders, the shops were blehhhh. Totally targeted towards the older folks because there were shops like Chico's and Talbots. x__o I did manage to snag this really cute zebra dress and it was the last one too! Aren't I lucky!? =D

I lovelovelove zebra print, you don't even knowww! Besides Hello Kitty, zebra print is my second obsession :)

Aren't they just SO INCREDIBLY CUTE!? The stickers are puffy. So many adorable different stickers of Hello Kitty doing different things like cooking, taking pictures, and baking! :D

And pleaseeee, I know my bedsheets are Spongebob! =X I am in the middle of washing all my sheets so I had to borrow my sister's while they're being washed, hahahah.

Girls.. I'm going the unthinkable..

I'm proclaiming a self-ban from any new makeup purchases for one whole month! =O I got my boyfriend to hold me to it! He's good at this kind of stuff with me. 2 months ago, he held me on a one month ban of not buying anything over $30. :] I'm doing this because recently, I have gone crazy buying stuff I see recommended from all you lovely beauty bloggers, LOL. Ever since I discovered this wonderful world of beauty gurus here on Blogspot, I can't stop buying! =X So yeap, gotta stop swiping my damn Hello Kitty debit card! D:

So as of right now, with the exception of MAC Studio Fix that I'm going to go check out next week after I get paid this weekend, I'm going to stop buying any form of makeup until June 7, 2009.

Luckily, I have a lot of packages coming in so I'll have stuff to play with and to blog about. :) Yaaaaay!

6 Months Anniversary + ANOTHER mini haul !

Hello ladies! Today was the six months anniversary of my boyfriend & I. 6 months! That's half a year! Woooweee, time went by really fast. Seems like just yesterday that boy approached me and my friend's party and asked me to dance. :) Nine months later (today is six months since he officially asked me to be his girlfriend), we are going super duper strong! Today, we started off our evening by going to the movies and we watched Ghost of Girlfriends Past. It was an alright movie, but the ending, OMFG that shit got me tearing up like crazy! It was so sweet and I just couldn't hold the waterworks in! D: Before we actually went inside the mall to go to the theaters, we opened our gifts to each other! :) I absolutely adored what he made/got me because it's what I wanted ! Hahaha. I hope he liked what I made/got him. =/ When we finished the movie, I dragged my boyfriend to Nordstrom so I could pick up Lollipop Loving lipstick from MAC. I. AM. IN. LOVE. WITH. THIS. LIPPIE. It's the absolutely perfect shade! :) After my lippie purchase, I was in the mood for an eyeshadow purchase, LOLS. So I decided to go to Classic for Ladies to look at their NYX trios. Sighh, they didn't have the trio of blues I wanted so I just bought some unknown brand eyeshadow palette. I'm going to try on the colors in a bit and I'll write about it in a later post. :) All that shopping made me hungry, so off we went Guppy's in Hacienda! :) MMM, minced pork over dry noodles with extra spicy oil & popcorn chicken extra spicy. Yesyes, you can tell I love me the spicyness! ;] Once we were done with our dinner and was induced into food comas, we decided to get drinks at Tenju! :D I lovelovelove that tea house. Best peach iced tea everrrrrrrrrrr! :) If any of you girls are from the 626SGV area, GO THEREEEEEEEEEEEEE! :) You WILL NOT regret it and will probably get addicted like I am! =X

That's what the boytoy got me for our six months :)
- A bulletin board with decorations on it because I've hinted before I needed a new bulletin board! ;] The tiger and dinosaur decorations are because I lovelovelove animals and dinosaurs! :D
- He sewed that pillow right there, ladies! That's right, my boy is talented! :)
- The H&M purse I wanteddd! The picture does NOT do the purse justice, seriously!! The material is soooo incredibly soft and it's pretty spacious inside. It can be worn as a shoulder bag or a messanger bag. :)
- At first glance, I wasn't relaly fond of the necklace, but I'm starting to like it. It's unique and it fits my neck perfectly! And yes, I have chest acne. :(

After we went back to his house and I got my car to go home, I decided to stop by Target and get the Boots Original Formula Vanishing Day Cream I had wanted last week but resisted. I have yet to try it, but reviews are good so I'll trust them. :) I also got the Wet N' Wild Ultimate Expressions Eyeshadow Palette in Sand Castle that I've seen some girls simply RAVE about. :) The packaging is SO cute and it even comes with a slide out mirror! :D I can't wait to try this one out. I'll be great for the soft brown look for when I want to keep it simple but still a bit smokey. Get me? Hahah. OH & on Tuesday, I got some press-ons from Sallys Beauty. They were SO pretty I just couldn't pass it up. :) This will be the SECOND time EVER I have fake nails on, so wish me luck with taking out my contacts! D:
